Healthy schools

At Waynflete Infant School we are committed to encouraging our whole school community to lead healthy and active lives.

We have joined the Healthy Child Project and will be promoting healthy eating and healthy lifestyles. We are working with Northants County Councils' Paul Evans who is the healthy child advisor. He is helping us to incorporate aspects of the project into our school day.

  • On the Friday we all dressed in sports clothes and did a wheelie mile around school, we used bikes, scooters, roller skates and pushchairs.
